My father was in the Army/Aircore stationed in AZ. in the 40's and he fell in love with Arizona at that time. He was a contractor in Iowa and as children we brought our horses/pets to Az. before the snow fell in Iowa and headed back in early spring.I rode my horse across many of the areas in Phoenix/Scottsdale (pop. 10,000) before homes popped up. When my kids grew up I left Iowa and instead visit in the summer to see my family. I have approximatly 50 years experience in Construction and Real Estate.
